BENNU’S PROMISE

  • We are committed to using high standard organic, locally sourced ingredients as much as possible whilst also offering unusual and different choices.
  • Flour is Hokkaido grown and harvested.
  • Eggs are free range and organically fed from a local community
  • No white processed sugar is used. Hokkaido grown beet sugar, honey, maple syrup and Hokkaido honey and fruit purees are used for sweetening.
  • Dried fruit and nuts are organic where possible without use of waxes and sugars.
  • Fresh fruit is locally sourced in season as much as possible.
  • Jams are made with fruit puree rather than processed sugar.
